Gratuity is not included in any service or package price. Gratuity may be added to a debit card or check only.
All packages are discounted; therefore we are not able to offer substitutions. All services must be performed on same day.
Appointments for packages, multiple services, extensions or permanent straightening services must be secured with a credit card or gift certificate. A 48-hour notice of cancellation will be required or the will be charged in full on the account.
Due to the quiet atmosphere we want to provide to each and every client in our spa, we ask that you please keep your cell phone turned off, and that you do not bring children under 12 years of age.
Products returned for salon credit only.
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your services please notify us within 5 business days so we may rectify the situation. No refunds are given for services rendered.
Repeated cancellations or tardiness for appointments may require that you secure your appointments with a credit card.
Beer and wine are available for sale with proper identification.
